Privacy

The short version

We collect what you type into the contact form, the application details you enter in the Pyrometer Selector if you send them to us, and basic information about how you reached the site so we know which of our efforts are working. We do not track you across other websites, and the only cookies we set are the ones that tell us a Google or Microsoft advert led to an enquiry. We never sell or rent your information.

What you give us

If you submit the contact form we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, subject, and message you enter.

If you used the Pyrometer Selector and sent us the result, we also receive the answers behind it — the application, fuel, goals, signal and boiler type you selected. We keep them because they tell us what you need more precisely than a message does, and because a run of enquiries for a fuel or an application we have never quoted is something we want to see.

What we record automatically

When you submit the form, or click a phone number or email address on this site, we also record:

• ●The website that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed. Search engines do not pass us your search terms.
• ●Which pages you viewed on this site during the visit, in order, and how long the visit lasted.
• ●An approximate location (country, region, city) and the name of the network you are connected through, both derived by our hosting provider. We do not store your IP address.
• ●Your browser's user-agent string, which helps us identify automated spam.

This information is held in your browser's session storage while you are on the site, and is sent to us only if you submit the form or click one of our contact links. It is cleared when you close the tab. It is not a cookie and is never shared with another website.

Your Pyrometer Selector answers stay in your browser

When you fill in the Pyrometer Selector, a copy of your answers is saved in your own browser as a safeguard, so it is not lost if the link to the contact page is cut short in transit. It is used only when you arrive at the contact page from the Pyrometer Selector; opening the contact page any other way starts blank. Unlike the information above, it is not cleared when you close the tab.

It never reaches us unless you choose to send it with an enquiry, and it is removed from your browser once that enquiry is sent. You can also remove it at any time using the “Start over” link on the Pyrometer Selector, or by clearing site data in your browser.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to keep a record of business correspondence, to specify the right sensor for your boiler, and to understand which pages and referral sources actually lead people to contact us. We do not build profiles, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where data-protection law requires us to name a legal basis, ours is legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry you chose to send us, and keeping proper records of it. You can object to this at any time using the contact details below.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored in a private database hosted by Supabase and are emailed to our sales team through Resend. Both act as processors on our behalf. This site is served by Cloudflare, which processes request data in order to deliver the page and to block abuse.

If you arrived from one of our Google adverts, Google is told that an enquiry was made and which advert click it followed from. Your message, your name, your phone number and the answers you built are not sent to Google — those stay between us and the two providers above, and neither Google nor Microsoft receives your email address in any form.

JNT Technical Services, Inc. is based in the United States, and these providers store and process data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information is transferred there. We do not transfer it anywhere else, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers named above and, for advert reporting only, Google.

Cookies and analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate visitor counts. It is cookieless, collects no personal data, and does not track visitors between websites. If a bot-protection challenge ever appears on the contact form, it is Cloudflare Turnstile, used only to confirm a submission is not automated.

We advertise on Google and on Microsoft Bing. If you reach this site from one of our adverts and then send us an enquiry, Google Ads conversion tracking or Microsoft Advertising’s Universal Event Tracking records that the advert led to an enquiry, so we know which adverts are worth paying for. Each sets a cookie in your browser to connect the two, and each tells us how many enquiries an advert produced — not who you are. We do not use either to build a profile of you or to advertise to you elsewhere.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for seven years, which covers the enquiry itself, any business relationship that follows from it, and our ordinary record-keeping obligations. After that they are deleted.

We also export the enquiry records once a week to a single working copy held internally. Each export replaces the previous one rather than adding to it, so we do not accumulate historical copies, and anything deleted from our records drops out of that working copy at the next weekly export.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our holding it at all. We apply these on request regardless of where you are — we do not ask you to establish which laws you are covered by first.

Email sales@infra-view.com or call (201) 641-2130. We will action it and confirm once it is done. Deletion takes effect in our records immediately and in the weekly working copy described above within seven days.

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area and you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
